Bikini Boot Camp
With summer fast approaching it’s time now to start creating a bikini ready body. Here’s a great workout to get you started! Because as you know jiggly arms and saggy butts are out this summer so jump into the Bikini Boot Camp and start sculpting a sexy body that will turn heads.

With this workout you will complete a set of the (a) exercise, then immediately complete a set of the (b) exercise. Rest one minute then repeat for a second set. Basically you are super-setting two exercises.

1a – Barbell Straight Leg Deadlifts 	2 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
1b – Medicine Ball Push-ups 		2 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions

2a – Barbell Side Lunges 		2 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
2b – Inverted Rows 			2 sets x 8 -10 repetitions

3a – Bench Step-ups 			2 sets x 15 – 20 repetitions
3b – Bench Dips 			            2 sets x 12 -15 repetitions

4a – Medicine Ball Twists 		2 sets x 20 – 30 repetitions
4b – Medicine ball Crunches 		2 sets x 20 – 30 repetitions
