Core Training
If you are looking for that hot sexy waistline, look no further.  If  your goal is weight loss and that stubborn belly fat has started to melt off, now is the time to tighten up your abs.  These abs exercises are each targeted to train specific areas of the waistline.  They are performed in a circuit fashion with no rest in between them.  Supplement this exercise with one of our full body toning workouts.

You will do each exercise in order once, rest 30 seconds and repeat.

After circuit one is complete, you will perform circuit two in the same manner.

Circuit One

A1) Medicine Ball Crunch
A2) Medicine Ball Twists
A3) Medicine Ball Pikes

Rest 30 seconds after one set and one minute after the second set.

Circuit Two

B1) Bridges
B2) Side Bridges
B3) Side Pikes
