Full Body Blast
In order to burn fat and lose weight to bring out those six pack abs, you will need to crank up your calorie burning potential.  By far the best way to do this is by exercises utilizing full body movements.  Full Body Blast is an efficient and effective way to melt fat and tone your figure.  If you have 30 minutes and access to a gym, get ready to go.  You will workout using the following circuits.

A1) Smith Machine Squat 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
A2) Lat Pulldown 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

B1) Smith Machine Incline Press 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
B2) BB Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

C1) Smith Machine Split Squat 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
C2) DB Rows 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

D1) DB Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions
D2) Back Extension 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

You need to rest as little as possible while doing each circuit. After you finish a circuit, rest about 90 seconds.  This will be hard, but it will strip the body fat right off you.  Good luck and train hard.
