Kevin Gianni is a holistic fitness expert, speaker, personal trainer and goal setting coach. His expertise includes exercise, energy techniques, nutrition, and stress relief. He is the creator and author of "The Busy Person's Fitness Solution" a home workout program that gives you the tools to radically change your views on health and fitness and live an energetic and energized life.
While in graduate school, Gianni researched holistic modalities for Jeanette Tedesco at Western Connecticut State University. While doing so, he learned many different non-traditional approaches to solve very traditional fitness and health problems. Since then, he has been studying and putting those techniques and philosophies into practice.
Kevin works with people in groups and one-on-one sessions to identify their specific fitness and health needs and then creates person-specific programs. He also speaks to small and medium-sized groups on how they can perform at an optimal level through exercise and increasing their energy levels.
He has been quoted in many different national newspapers and magazines including Today's Diet and Nutrition, the Orlando Sentinel and on eDiets.com. He is also a co-author of a book with other experts such as John Gray, Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, and Alan Cohen called "101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life." (To be published in 2007)
