Hip and Bun Blaster
Toned, slim, sexy legs are in!  How can you achieve the legs most people would die for?  You must train them effectively.  You must train them with large, movements that start with your feet on the floor.  These are the exercises that burn the most calories and give you the biggest bang for your fitness buck.  Speed, efficiency, the need for very little equipment and effectiveness are the major benefits to the Hip, and Bun Blaster workout.  This workout contains supersets.  You will perform one exercise and while you are resting from that exercise, you will perform a second exercise.  Here is the layout.

A1) Barbell Squats
A2) DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts

B1) DB Forward Lunge
B2) Stability Ball Leg Curl

C1) Step Ups
C2) Single Leg Hip Pop Ups

There you have it, one of the most effective leg workouts around.
