1.	Rope Pushdown 		            3 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
2.	Overhead Rope Extension 	3 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
3.	DB Shoulder Press 		2 sets x         15 repetitions
4.	DB Lateral Raise 		            2 sets x        15 repetitions
5.	Cambered Bar Curl 		3 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
6.	DB Curls 			            3 sets x 8 – 10 repetitions
